Produced in the historic city of Granade in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. Situated at the foot of Mulhacen, the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula, the melted alpine snow provides water of the highest quality. We use pure malt from the Castilla region of Spain. All whiskies aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Nose : The aroma is an alluring fusion of dried fruits, with prominent notes of plump raisins and figs, a hallmark of Pedro Jiménez cask influence. It's accompanied by inviting hints of honeycomb, toffee, and caramel, which create a sweet and welcoming bouquet. Subtle undertones of vanilla and oak add depth and complexity. Palate : On the palate, this whisky offers a delightful medley of flavors. The Pedro Jiménez cask maturation imparts flavors of luscious dark cherries and dates, beautifully intertwined with the sweetness of honey and brown sugar. A gentle spiciness, akin to cinnamon and nutmeg, provides balance and intrigue to the palate. Mouthfeel : The whisky boasts a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel that envelops the senses. The 43% ABV delivers a warm and comforting sensation without overshadowing the nuanced flavors. Finish: The finish is enduring and opulent, with the sweet sherry notes lingering alongside hints of oak and dark chocolate. It leaves a lasting impression of sophistication and indulgence.
