High-quality sparkling wine thanks to Fiano IGP grapes and the Charmat method obtaining an excellent fermentation.

Winemaking：First alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 14°C directly in the press after harvesting. Second fermentation (prise de mousse) in a barrel at 15°C up to 6 atm for 40 days on the lees.
