The color is mahogany from Cuba. On the nose as well as on the palate: an infinite cognac with a variety of perfumes and flavors from white spring flowers like hawthorn to spices (grey and black pepper), cinnamon, nutmeg, candied fruits like Ante plum or Mirabelle plum to finish on a wide range of coffees and mochas. A tasting on cakes or ice cream will be a plus.
