OLOROSO SHERRY CASK: Westward Whiskey Small Batch Selection Oloroso Sherry Cask enjoyed a primary maturation in heavily toasted and lightly charred new American Oak barrels before a secondary maturation in an Oloroso Sherry cask that previously held Palomino grapes and was sourced from a revered fourth generation producer in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry region. A mingle of 5 barrels and bottled at 50% ABV without any additives, colouring and is non-chill filtered.
