Years ago, we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only to elaborate great spirits but the purest, and yes!... we made it. We filter our spirits using the virgin melted waters from the mountains of Sierra Nevada, probably the best water quality in Spain. We also use just organic Mediterranean botanicals during distillation, following strictly the organic farming process and procedures.
