Following 2.5 years of maturation in new American white oak casks, this SLYRS Single Malt Whisky is finished in original Amontillado casks for another 4 years. For our SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Amontillado Cask Finish we use rare Amontillado Sherry casks as old as 50 years, sourced from the prestigious Bodegas Tradición in Jerez, Spain.
【 Tasting Notes】
Color: Brilliant golden yellow. Aroma: Whisky Amontillado smells fruity with notes of apple, green hazelnuts and a hint of vanilla. Taste: Strong, spicy, fiery. Finish: Slightly salty in the finish with long lingering aftertaste.
