This Single Malt received his unique Finishing in an original Sauternes barrel. This excellent white wine from the region of Bordeaux develops a noble blue cheese which stays in the barrel after the bottling. The Whisky Sauternes takes this wonderful aroma and develops a unique flavor which whisky gourmets have never experienced before. SLYRS Whisky Sauternes is a Single Malt which emphasizes more to a summer wine than to a strong spirit. Because of the 14 months mature in the famous Sauternes barrel receives the whisky a unique Finishing. The whisky used for the final Finishing for Whisky Sauternes is a high-class whisky already.

Color:Naturally sparkling honey colour. Nose: Citric, fruity, slightly sweet. Taste: Fruit aromas, joined on the palate by intensive aromas reminiscent of vanilla and honey. Finish: Warm, long finish, carried perfectly by rich spicy notes.
